S4 rear spoiler... M3 Stye lip

So...
My imola S4 comes with an old style rear spoiler... which I think look horrid! I think I can take it off without too much trouble/marks. But what I wanted to know is how do I get an M3 style lip for the rear?

Dear me... you guys really do have a twisted sense of humour... here I am trying to get a more descrete spoiler to replace what I have currently (I may just end up having nothing at all - anyone else not got one?) and I get that

I dont have a spoiler.
I dont actually mind the M3 one, actually think it is quite nice.

I'd love to get rid of my factory spoiler, but I was under the impression that it was attached via bolts up through the boot lid - and so removing it would leave holes in the boot lid?
