Hi guys,
Just bought my s4 and was wondering if there are any specialists in the Manchester area that I could take it for a health check.
Everything seems ok, but its just for a little piece of mind before i get a remap

Hi Andy - I am a recent S4 owner too - took mine to Awesome GTI in Irlam for a cambelt change and service - was pretty impressed, check em out on the web
www.awesome-gti.co.uk. They are definately they place for all your tuning needs, seemed very knowledgeable too - I could have spent a fortune in there !

I'm in Manchester, got my S4 in March. I would strongly recommend seeing the MRC guys. They're not exactly North West, but choose a good time of day and it's just a couple of hours down the motorway to Banbury.

I'd 2nd Neil's recommendation. MRC are specialists in the B5 S4 - one of the owners has one!
And as Neil says, the drive down the motorway is well worthwhile, and you'll smile all the way back...!
Cheers,

"Grizz" is in the North West I would recomend you speak to him first.
He knows his way around these cars.
If not a trip down the motorway.

Do not be tempted by an APR Chip that these guys sell,it could damage your car and wallet if all is not well in the engine dept.

Who mentioned the APR chip...?

Nobody! he mentioned Awesome GTI who are APR Agents, read the message posted he stated that they were the place for all your tuning needs.
I was steering him away from the possibility of them trying to sell him an APR Chip.

a friend of mine had his Rs4 suspension, brakes, ARB's and short shift replaced by Grizz last week.
