078 906 461BX is the part number for the MAF £78.18 exchange
078 919 529 D may be the part number for the EGT. It suggests this number has been revised, so check with your dealer for the new part number.

Your not going to like the price of the EGT sensor. Make sure you are sitting down.

Looks like i need both of my EGT's replaced, but i can't afford it this side of christmas.

I'm tempted to have a go myself but a quick search on this forum makes the left one sound like a nightmare to change.

Luckily the car seems to run ok, i guess it's just running rich to compansate.
Can I do any long term damage by leaving it as it is for a while?

bogie, i'd be interested in hearing what price you end up paying

Oh dear, they probably ordered you a new steering wheel and some fluffy
dice then. "I'm sorry sir, these are special order items and can't b
refunded..."
