I am looking for a runaround and have been offered an S4 saloon by a friend.

1999/V plate but 2000 model.

dark blue metallic with grey leather, a standard car single cd player.

one owner from new with 42k miles and full Audi history, next service due in 3000 miles.

Could someone please give me an idea what to pay?
I have looked around but 1 owner with these miles seems rare.

Also, is it too much of a car to run-around in...many thanks.

Not the cheapest car to run around in - expect 20-23mpg. Have it checked over by someone who knows S4's - TBB, BPVs, MAF etc.. all known problems with S4's - could lead to premature turbo failure.
