Rattle -Squeak -From Passenger Front Side

Guys,
Im going Cookoo with this noise. It happens when i pull off from 1st gear when giving the car a little revs.
Ive changed the front lower arms, anti roll bar bushes, CV... but it still there. If I pop the hood it seems to be comming directly underneath the ABS ECU - Power steering area. The noise with dosent sound like anything mechanical, but more of a squeak and is noticable even inside.
Is there something in that part of the engine bay that may be causing it?
Any ideas would really help.
