I need help, any hints would be appreciated!
I got these codes thrown when I VAG'ed my baby. The cats are removed, so the emissions isn't a worry.

Software Coding: 06711

Removing the cats could cause all sorts of error codes - I doubt that too many people on this forum are running without cats (we're all very 'green' ). What did you do with the Lambda probes from the cats?

Have you tried asking the question on the VAG-COM forum on AW?

Certainly these 2 codes are as a direct result of removing the cats.

16805 - Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0421 - 35-00 - -
16815 - Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0431 - 35-00 - -

EVAP low flow and cat low efficiency are cos the cats have been removed.
Random cyl misfire and misfire on cyl 1 will be created at the same time.
Simple way to start would be to swap coils for cylinder 1 and 2. Clear DTC memory and roadtest vehicle.
If cyl 2 now shows misfire, replace the coil.
If cyl 1 still says misfire, problem is inside cyl 1 and could be a closed up or damaged plug.
If plug is ok, may be injector or even low compression due to valve/ring or gasket leak.
A B6 S4 with this fault WOULD be a coil fault.
