Ha Ha! They use the same picture as an example for all the knobs they do . You'll notice it's also shown in blue and not red. They make them for all VW/Audi/Seat.

Here's a pic of a six speeder

Gearknob arrived OK, only 5 days, came in the post.
Easy to order and professional. They sent it as a "Gift" so as not to attract any Customs Tax which was helpful.
Total was $97-95 ($80 + $17-95 p+p) used Paypal..... Easy!
Good exchange rate these days.
Have kept it as a Christmas present to me from my wife, so not fitted it as yet.

My knob came yesterday  ....so did the one for the car... :)

Fitting took about 20 mins as I have done the wiring in advance. No big deal and can now sell the original + gaitor on ebay. One thing I would say is that the new knob is smaller and the same shape as the 3 series. I got used to the shape of the Audi knob and preferred the size...ho hum.

Any chance of posting a picture of it fitted to your S4, what is a gaitor like, is it possible to keep the original one.

Cheers

Fitted gearknob

Have now successfully fitted the gearknob. It's a good quality item and fits in perfectly with my car's interior. I actually prefer the smaller "ergonomically shaped" [ BMW ] knob supplied. I found the large, round, bulbous, standard one rather clumsy and I am very pleased with the new one and recommend it . I have wired mine to come on with the ignition same as the dash lights and my Boost gauge.
The red lighting is a good match and the leather gaitor and leather knob are quality made and stitched. The standard knob and gaitor can be retained for putting back if required, no modifications are made to the standard threaded gearstick shaft. It's a straightforward and easy job to do. The new knob has a chrome ring on it as does the top collar of the gaitor - these actually look fine with the chrome "Audi" rings on the steering wheel and the chrome door release levers.
At night the dark space below the radio now has a subtle gear-pattern to highlight the position of the gearstick and helps me find reverse (left and up) which I can sometimes forget as I drive other cars on a daily basis (right and down).
