Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum. Its taken me ages to find a decent audi forum in the UK !
I havent got an audi yet, but in the next few months (or maybe sooner) I'm gonna take the plunge and get an S4. I've posted this aswell in the main welcome section, but i have a feeling i'll be spending most of my time in here !

If anyone has any tips or things to look out for, i'd be most grateful ! I have about 12k to spend :)

I also mod on No-rice and VR6OC :)

I currently drive a golf vr6 producing 205bhp, but its now for sale. Heres a pic of my shed ! :

Hi welcome

I've also had a Golf mk3 Vr6 before i bought my S ride :D

My vr6 had also +/- 216hp.

A vr6 drives quite nice but the S4 is more fun with the turbo power mmm.

Even now after 2 years i still am addicted to the shwing power curve :D

Mighty nice ride, it was a must have for me!

Hope that's find a clean and nice one.

Oh in the download section you can find a sort of buyers manual for the S4 the kind of spots you have to look or notice are noted.

hi belgians4, i think the S4 is a good step up from a vr6. i was thinking about turboing it, but i didnt really want 300+bhp going through the front wheels, of a car which wasnt suppose to handle it !
need to sell the vr6 before i can REALLY start looking for an s4 :)

Remember that 4WD has more losses than 2WD. So sometimes 300+ bhp doesn't feel like it should coming from a tuned 2WD car. The difference comes in the handling (i.e. powering through corners), especially in the wet.
