How to change rear high level brake lights ?

what's the best way of getting at the rear high level lights i will do it my self but do not want to rip any trim And can i get the lamps in hallfords and what type are thay before pulling it apart and not getting back together

Think Tompson has been down this route with the high level brake light, sure he will be around soon.

what i did was just pull the top part of on each side of the light and two clips pop out not a lot of room but if you use a screw driver bit and grips to undo the one screw which then it sides out did not take long not as bad as it sounds
