folding rear seats

hi, i'm busy looking for an s4 at the moment, could anyone tell me if the saloons are fitted with folding rear seats, my 1.8 a4's handbook covers this but i dont know if it's only refering to the avant.
am i also right in thinking that the ski bag in the rear arm rest was part of the winter pack option as i could get away with this.
if anyones got or knows of a good s4 for sale i could be interested, looking for a 99 facelift with around 50k on it, prefer silver or black with black leather.

Yep, seats do fold down...1 third/two thirds split.
