S4 - what badges

Can someone confirm what badges a 1999.5+ S4 should have on the back and front.
I keep seeing pictures of them and they don't look like the ones on the car I have just bought (and pick up next week)

Where would be a good place to get new badges, anyway ?

Thanks

Andy

The badges are like this picture:

Or like mine in the gallery.
I think they changed in 2001 to the current style.
I'm sure VAGparts can supply them Image

Phew - that looks correct. Now why is my one wonky ? Presumably they are just stuck on so I can carefully take it off, renew the sticky stuff, and refit straight.

Yes, I believe a hair dryer is good to get the badge off

And a bit of kitchen towel and sunflower oil to disolve and remove the residual glue.

Carps,

I bought the new style for my 97 S4 from my local dealer. They cost £13. I think. That was for both the front and the back.

I just fanced something newer as like yours my rear one was slightly squint. Who ever fiited ours must have a poor eye fort he level. Either that or he goes one too many pints of a lunch time

Glad it's not unique to mine
I wonder if they just moved over the years with the hot British weather ( ) softening the glue !
