Driving home from work, I get onto a dual carraigeway and theres a Porsche 968 or 928 in front of me. That little critter whispers in me ear, go for it....well it was a bad day, etc, so why not!!!
The Porsche overtakes a slower car on the inside and I reach parallel with him as we stop at a roundabout.
There is a continuation of the dual carraigeway after the roundabout, a perfect place to punch it
The Porsche drives off first takin it easy, with me about a car length behind hanging on to 2nd gear, waiting ....as we are straightening out and onto the dual carraigeway, the Porsche punches it with me in pursuit about a car length behind....I shift into third, still about a car length behind (surprising, as I thought he would start pulling on me), I hit the red and change up into fourth, again still a car length behind, then we had to slow as the dual became single.....
It was surreal, kept the exact distance all the way, felt like we weren't racing but cruising...hard to explain really.
Pretty pleased (naughty I know), that me new purchase could keep up with Mr Porsche
