Not sure on the EGT fault, where did you get the replacement sensor?

As for the MAF readings; The management system fuels for the airflow it sees flowing thru the maf, and injects fuel to match, but obviously if this figure is artificially high it will run rich. theres two options:

either A) the maf's lying/broken and needs replaced

or b) the maf's not lying, but the figures are high. This would mean that not all the air flowing thru the maf is actually reaching the cylinders. Most likely cause would be a boost leak.

Do a pressure test on the intake system and see what it shows.
