Ok the next map will go on today! Hopefully this one will sort out the issue's that we had with the car!

If this works does that mean they would find it easier to write one for my k04 based pre face lift. once the fuelling is done?

Yes it does the new map is for k04's but with s4 fueling!

Well they have already had some practice......that's what customer's cars are for.

sounds like you are a guinea pig here - I would certainly not be happy with that going on to my car especially spending so much on new turbos etc...

Seems a bit daft of Custom Code to be writing a base map for rare K03/K04 hybrids.

Thought they'd be better off sorting out K03 and K04 base maps first!

Not at all! We are a custom-code dealer and are trying to get a map for the hybrid turbo's using standard injectors/intercoolers/engine and even exhaust!
We will however be putting a milltek on the car at a later date to see how much difference that will make!

They already have maps for the ko3 and ko4 set-ups this is a cheap 400bhp or there abouts,we wanted to do an s4 with good power for minimal outlay with no need to change major engine items!


We are now seeing around 320gps from the engine,and a very smooth boost curve,which is exactly what we wanted!

That is brave running that much boost on stock injectors!

Guess Custom Code aren't aware of AMD's early attempts to crack 400bhp on standard fuelling...

Charge temps are fine so is the timing in fact its all ok! Obviously hasnt been checked in european summer temps but the map will sort itself out in high temp situations!

My car has a modified K04 map on it! The do have dealers in the states as well so i guess they might of done more than 1!
