that is true. but if you do it right, you can fit Gt30's in the same place and still close the bonnet over them... LOL

Those photos of the car are while it's stationary (it's been photoshopped to make it look like it's moving).
I imagine they would fit filters on like OzzKiller's when actually driving it. If you notice, there seems to be a sleeve over the turbos where they probably clip on.
