Thanks for the kind words gents - I am liking my new wheels, think they suit the car. Bonus that they're lighter too.

I can't take credit for the photography - that was the boy Paz and his unfeasibly large camera. Dude's got skillz.

You're right chaps; my parking/showing-calipers-off skills were pants on Saturday ... :bash:

Looking good but personally preferred the 'subtle' look with the B6 S4 rims.

No mate, the S8's seem to do the job ok - can't deny that bigger ones would look better, but not sure if the brake bias would make any difference with bigger rears?

I've ridden in jeffw's car. He's got the AP Racing 4 pot rears. It's like someone has thrown an actual anchor out the back. In the ride-along I did, it was only straight-line acceleration and deceleration, so I couldn't say about feel when cornering and braking, but from the passenger seat it didn't feel like it was going to do anything weird.

If I do a serious power upgrade, then I'd consider getting those callipers also.

Someone photoshop the silver calipers with Lambo decals behind those wheels.....I don't believe you can resist Julian!

 It needed a clean Dave - no detailing involved though; just gave it a good jet-wash, honest.

Doug tried tempting me with the silver calipers too Graham - but I'll stick with the black for now (plus I'd be without a car while it was being done)

I've also just noticed that you can click on the pictures and they appear in a new page - bigger! First pic looks great when you do this and enlarge to the max ... :thumb:

Thanks all.

Looking good Julian :)

The rear calipers on the Turbohedge are Move'it rears on 993 turbo rear discs (328mm I think) rather than AP Racing.
