Ok subject related threadjack .............

I've just run a quick scan and have got back the following fault code, the car is running on V-power and has been for the last 6 or more tankfuls

Address 01: Engine
Part No: 8D0 907 551 D
Component: 2.7l V6/5VT 01 0002
Coding: 05711
Shop #: WSC 06325

1 Fault Found:
17867 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 2 (G236): Implausible Signal
P1459 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

I've cleared the code but not had chance to go out for a spin to see if it returns. Is it time to reach for the wallet and replace them or am I safe for the moment

thanks in advance & sorry for nicking the thread
