ZeroK66 do you mean those with sunroof should open it a touch to stop the sucking out?

Satan, would Green Day do???

I would give some serious thought to Philip's advice befor you start freezing your nuts off. On a private road I have maxed mine out with no issues (MRC modded to boot), this is not a design thing and you must be able to sort it.

Some do it worse than others maybe as a result of constant door slamming, short journeys etc ? The bad ones you repair as I suggested. I am unable to see how opening the sunroof will help tighten the doors up?

RS4`s dont seem to be so prone to, it may be down to the side impact bars brace the door structure.

a touch to stop the sucking
a gentle tap on the back of her head usually works for me....

Seriously though - you CAN do something about this: try either bending the door frame back in or the method that Phil states - even if they only fix it temporarily it's better than nothing...

Possibly not as they have side impact bars as well.

Maybe I have driven many S4`s pre-facelift with wind noise then adjusted them. Then I have driven plenty of RS4`s and never felt the need to adjust the doors??

Dont think I have driven a face lift S4 as high speed so I may be talking arse?

Listen at ya with your 150mph+ yada yada yada....

I used to have a 1.8 A4 a few years ago and it did exactly the same thing at about 75 mph. As described above, stick your knee in the door and gently, but firmly pull the top corner of the window frame (with the window down). This used to cure it for about 3-4 months typically.

Heard a lot of people at the time used to have the same trouble with any of the A4/S4 line. My advice, get yerself an S8, I've never had this problem at all with the S8 even on a public road at 140 mph :D

I'll go for a V10 once the depreciation has hit terminal velocity!

I have a facelift 2000 and still have the problem. So I'm guessing it doesnt matter if you have FC or PFC.
