Help needed!!!

Bolloxs!!! [img]images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]...got the Warranty application through the post this morning and hey presto, a note was attached advising that the original quote given was incorrect and the price is £764.00!!!!!

Now I know I should have expected this due to the various posts on this board quoting a similar price, but I asked the muppet three times to confirm the price he quoted, was for a S4 2.7 bi-turbo...three friggin times and the fecker confirmed a price of £560 odd. How difficult is it to read off a computer or a sheet of paper the cost of a warranty.

I am fecking pissed off with this big time...why do Audi employ these brainless muppets who obviously find reading is not a requirement for customer contact... [img]images/graemlins/rocketwhore.gif[/img]

I've got a good mind to get it anyway and do a Biturbo on em [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]...that will teach the little feckers!!!!
