Dippy

Have you got any photos of your Bi-pipe installed? I am just trying to picture where i goes! The pipes comming up from the intercoolers on mine are solid plastic, so it won't replace them i shouldn't think, and there is only a short length of rubber hose that splits of to go to the diverter, is it this pipe that is replaced? Yes, look on my website www.dpe.org.uk and select click on the smallest window (it's the toilet ) to see the car section. It's picture 15 in the S4 section.

But YES IT DOES replace those 2 plastic pipes as well as the rubber TBB. I suppose it should have been possible to make a smaller unit that fits to the plastic pipes, but APR must have had good reason to design it like they did.

Installation is not for the feint-hearted, but the APR instruction manual is excellent. It took me a whole weekend to do (on-and off), because I followed the APR instructions too closely. It's better to remove both headlights, and to put the DV pipes on the bipipe first.

Joshie did his a lot quicker than mine, but then he had my advice, plus he used a hammer

If you want any more advice, Joshie and I can help.

I understand - I think I ran mine in standard form for about a year before getting a remap. Trouble is that when you start you cant stop

Being made redundant tends to make you stop

Andy,

Congratulations on the purchase. You can have a spin in my AMD chipped S4 if and when a Scottish meet happens. Like a few of the lads from the Audi-sport.net had a couple of weeks ago.
