Now then everyone,

I picked up my second-hand 99 facelift today. I can't take the grin off my face :D

My question for you speed-freaks out there is do any of you have a radar detector? Do they really work effectively and which one would you recommend?

Welcome to Bi turboness :D Heard recently there may be a change in the LAW (again) relating to non GPS systems being outlawed. I would IMHO verify this before investing ££

Thanks I will. I tried out the Road Angel for a day and thought it's flaw was cover against mobile traps.

I am particularly keen as I have just been zapped and I didn't even see the the sly ba***rds - and I wasn't even in the S4
