S4 side skirt

Had a good search but can't find this subject and it's not covered exactly on Audiworld.com

How do you get the side skirts off?
I have taken the torx screws out of both the front and rear arches, all the nuts and fastners off the underside, pulled the top of the skirt off the velco but the bit that really foxes me is how it is held in place at the bottom of the front wings. Do I need to get the capping off first? If so, how?
