Thanks, I was just asking as I'm in the process of ordering some K04's and wanted to add a boost gauge but wasn't sure what the boost is set after a remap 1.2 bar is it?

You're best getting one that peaks at 1.5-1.6bar, as some of the remaps might spike this high.

For fun, I run as much as 1.8 bar...with a more sane 1.5-1.6 bar for daily driving.

Paul

I have a +20PSI boost guage, which is plenty enough even after an AMD remap.
It currently spikes at 17PSI.
I wouldnt imaging the K04's would spike much more than that.

Cheers

They can spike a lot. I have and AMD software with K04s, it has 1.6 on overboost and settles around 1.3 bar.
Boost Gauges, get the awe one, it looks good.

Be advised that you will need to get stronger DVs, since the N75 won´t handle the pressure.

Best WISHES

I'm not buying a new boost gauge just because I moved across the pond. :P
