Rear subframe etc - new member

[Mark-S4]

I've got a S reg B5 S4 that sat for a few years and the entire rear subframe is pretty rusty (along with most of the things that bolt to it - including the springs, shock mounts, etc). I had to put it off the road while I built my garage and am now working my way through the problems. I'm basically after the rear suspension from the shock mounts to the body clear through to the subframe. This is my first post ever on a forum so if I've done it wrong, or put it in the wrong place, please just let me know and don't shout at me.

I'm an Audi/Porsche/VW fan with a number of builds over time. Spent most of my life in the US where I still have a 911 and a 4000q (I think they were all called 80s here) that I've recently stuffed a 3.6V8 in and a few other cars. I've also had way too many air-cooled VWs for any sane person. I'm in South Wales and am happy to finally be wrenching on cars in the UK too - could have done without having to build another garage and buy all my tools again!
