Has anyone got this supension fitted to their car ???

I have also noticed that alot of people on here have got the H&R setup, whats this setup like?? Where i live the roads are terrible so i dont want it to be too harsh

Hi, I had the KW variant 2 coilover system on my old S3 - overall it was quite a good upgrade making the car turn in a little better, reduced understeer a little and wasn't as harsh as the equivalent H&R system. I used this a number of times on the track and it performed quite well. I don't have any experience of this system on the S4 though.

I'm considering the Bilstein PSS9 system for my B5 S4.
M3 CSL - Silver Grey, a few options.

Suspension on S4

Post by Mik » Wed Apr 14, 2004 5:39 pm

Hi,

I have RS4 suspension on my S4 Avant and I think it works very well on the british roads for every day use which is what I am most concerned with. And I think it makes my S4 just that little bit better to drive with only a slightly harder and lower setup, however still very comfortable. I you do track days you could probably consider H&R for a more advanced setup.
