I have had a 2000 S4 for 4 years now. Up until 2 weeks ago it was Stage 2 MTM. It is now AMS Stage 5. Others mods: H&R coilovers, SSR Comp 18/S03s, DTS, Forge valves, Tanoga shifter, Neuspeed roll bar, Neuspeed G2 exhaust.

AmD KO4 conversion (395 BHP 470lb/ft), Milltek Full exhaust, HiSpec 335 x 32 front brakes, AWE Driveline Stabilisers, short shifter and when I get round to having it fitted RS4 suspension and a RS4 front bumber.

Is that the so called AMS Stage 4?

Post by s4what » Sat Jan 24, 2004 2:22 pm

Using the stock injectors & ICs (stock intake)? AMS does not give out torque & HP figures, so did you dyno to get those. I'm curious as I have been closely following the tuners, as you can se by the link in my previous post. You can check that link for a description of the AMS Stages.

The car has stock injectors and Intake and the figures came while the car was being mapped on AmD's Rolling Road...it was very hot (40 C)when they did the final run so I would expect the car to make more BHP on a colder day....

I assume that AmD's RR is calibrated for PS and not SAE which the US figures will be in. Only about 5 difference at this level but we are petrolheads after all

No. They would see that it's RHD and arrest you as a terrorist. So you'd have to get it dynoed in Cuba.
