new to the forums and S4s.
quick question: what kind of turbos will fit on the S4s.

standard S4 turbo's are k03's and the RS4 turbo's are k04's (they are bigger and blow more air through..) And according to vag-parts, a pair of k04's are cheaper than the k03's but they will still just bolt straight on [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/s4addict.gif[/img]

would i have to do extra mods to put on the k04s or can i just put them in place of the k03s?

i'm not sure i'm afraid, i would have thought you'd need a re-map, and maybe some fitment parts like gaskets, clamps etc, but not sure what else. have a look on amd or qst's website, or if that fails, give one of them a ring [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]
