RS4 Style wheels

Does anyone know where I can purchase one old RS4 style 18 inch wheel for my B5 S4?

The car has four of these wheels fitted and one of the original 17 inch wheels as a spare. I would like to have the same design and size of wheel as a spare but also I want to rotate it with the four 18 inch wheels, which have been "kerbed" by the car's previous owner, so I can have them refurbished.

I have contacted one UK supplier but they have no stock
