s3 recaro seats

does anyone know if the s3 recaro front seats are a direct fit in the s4?

AFAIK there are 2 parts to the seat, one being a chassis/adaptor which fits the car. Likely you'd need to get ones for the B5. Also remember that the S3 is a 2-door car so the seats will have the tilt foward mechanism.

i forgot about the 3 door thing dippy it never entered my mind but would do my ocd head in...lol, i was looking at the recaro trendline seats last night but the were £1100 each in full black leather which is too much at the moment,
