Front Bumper

Hi all,

Made a schoolboy error and caught the front bumper over a curb when parking. As I reversed off, its pulled the driver's side corner off the clips, which has also popped off the grill in the bottom corner, broken the clips to the foglight lens and torn the bumper just next to the number plate ie, the mounting bolt has stayed in place and the bumper has flexed. Additionally, the cap to the drivers side headlight washer has popped off, and I don't think I picked up whatever holds that onto the assembly, as it just looks like a cover and can't see how it fixes to the bumper.

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice as to what my options are. Speaking to my bro (Quantumjohn), he says I need a new foglight surround, and, although the grill is not not damaged, it is unlikely to stay on where the surround is damaged.

I can see my options being:
Purchase a new (to me) bumper
Try for an aftermarket RS4 style (I hear the origs need adapting?)

Is there anything else I can do?
Does anyone know of a front bumper for sale (I will post a wanted in the For Sale section too)
