Grizz - Ideally sound better/deeper than stock S4 and have the ability to handle/flow better HP if and when I upgrade from Stage 1.

Been down to see the powerflow chap today, he sugested having a single 2.5"! i said it had to be at least 3" for a single but he wasn't having it! His argument was the car doen't need that much flow and still needs to retain some back pressure. (starting to lose a bit of faith at this point)
I dont think he does any 3" pipes at his place.

Any way got talking and he said he would be up for doing a dual system 2.25" or 2.5" (more flow than a 3" single!). So going to go back with some pictures of proven dual systems AWE/MILTEK and get him to cost it up.

I may just wait for a nice proven second hand one to come along now and save a few quid. Ill wait and see what price he comes back with!

Most use 2mm as it will bend on a bend pack machine , This means it's heavy !! Milltek use 1.5 mm . It need to be strong but light

I did 550hp on my single 3" miltek cat back here but I think its now restrictive (who knows, it might have been restrictive back at 550 hp, but my EGT's were normally below 1000 deg)

Full turbo back system £420?

The only thing is I can't see the flexi section on the down pipes? and the good old saying 'you get what you pay for'!

So sounds like 420-450bhp shouldn't be too much of a problem with the set up i've already got :?

They look well made imo, the down pipes look good. I might be interested in some of these if you get any good feedback about them. Do you know what the size of these pipes are?

Just got a reply from the seller, he said the pipes are 60mm. (2.25"?)

if they are from ebay it guarrentted NOT to fit properly.! and as mentioned about powerflow. they will use anything thats nearest to hand, unless you book what you need and watch them do it, it will be shoody. i had a 2.5 system made for my g60, and then found they used 2 inch boxes. whats the point of that!. dont use redhill powerflow.
