Steering Wheels

Are there any multifunction steering wheels that we can get for our cars, also what other make and model steering wheels fit, while still allowing the air bag to function correctly.

I miss the steering wheel out of my BMW, the M-Sport wheel was small, chunky and very padded. Are there any steering wheels we can fit that are chunkier and more padded?
Audi S4.

r32 is the best i have found that goes straight in.
