suspension mild upgrade

Post by batty » Wed Sep 03, 2008 3:53 pm

i'm looking at a mild upgrade to my suspension. The car's done 96k and the std shockers are very tired - the front is especially "floaty".

I would also like to increase the roll stiffness, but am happy to keep the standard ride height and springs (the 2 rear springs have already been replaced with standard due to fatigue cracking.

my questions to you all are:-

- what's the best shockers as a mild upgrade to standard? is it worth going for RS4 std items?

- what's the best ARB's? it would be nice to bias the stiffness to the rear at the same time to loose a little understeer.
