Good work. I know that can't have been easy!

what size pipes did you use? 2" and 2.25" you could get some nice rs4 look mesh on there if you wanted.

Its 2.25'' i know i could but i like the exposed look i get compliments on it all the time. A friend of mine who has a beautiful E46 went by me hauling booty, nailed his brakes, then rolled down the window and said "DUDE THAT FRONT MOUNT LOOKS NAAAAASSSTTTYYYY!!!!!!"

Very nice work. This is something i'm doing at the mo. Did you make the pipes to mate up with the original S4 intercooler connecting pipes ??

That looks sweet mate. Fancy making anymore? Or sharing the details so I can make some up myself? Found the whole kit on american ebay for the S4, but the intercooler on its own is much cheaper.

Just the lower passenger side pipe which im going to be changing shortly. The shorter the piping the better.

OK guys to help you out i took some pics of the bumper off the car you can do it similar to this or your own way. I recommend using 2.25" piping aluminum or stainless steel piping. on mine i we cut and welded the pipes BUT i would say buy a couple 90, 75, 45, and 180 degree pipes cut them up and try to get them as tight as you can. Also dont use the clamps i used, use T clamps i just used these because its all i had and im going to be ordering T clamps.

Looks an excellent job.

It'll be a lot more efficient though, if painted satin black.

Just a thought.

what size are the converter you used, from the IC to the pipe, are the the normal 2.5 to 2.25 step downs? nice fit. I think you have mounted it a little lower than some of the others, and that is good as you dont have to hack about the numberplate as much to get full airflow.
