Need a valuation on S4 avant

Can anyone please give me some advice regarding the value of my friends S4 avant.

The car is on a S plate with 2 previous owners & 124,000 miles. years mot, service history with various garages but up to 85,000 with audi. cam belt needs doing and it has cheap tyres on it. dark blue in colour with cream leather, sunroof, bose.

Not a lot I would think. Perhaps looking at around £5k, but possibly less owing to the fact the cambelt change will cost around 10% of this.
