The goodyears sound good seeing all the great feedback from it. I will check them out next time. They are not bad for 18 inch wheels at just over a tonne a piece.

Id say go with them!!!!!

I think that there's a bit of a supply matching demand prob with the Goodyears though.. :(

Cheers jb, got my local (Natonal Tyres) down to £113 fully fitted for the PS2's which is reasonably cheaper than the other quotes ive been getting.. Thanks for looking around for me anyhow, but thinking this time i'll stick with the Michelins and see how they go...

I found www.event-tyres.co.uk were very competetive last time I bought.

You get an online price, but they come and fit too, so no dealing with two parties supplier and fitter, no having to take delivery or deal with storage of tyres etc.

Came up at £112 with event-tyres, so i didn't pay too much of a premium getting them done today at £113 a piece... But i can honestly say the drive is now superb, loving the PS2's already... Thinking i'll swap the rear P6000's for a set within the next month also, will keep you posted

P6000's yea a super tyre - They give no grip , equally as bad in the wet as they are in the dry - cant believe they are still for sale. At a glance they looked like there was plenty of tread left on the front offside tyre , unfortunately upon closer inspection the middle tread was worn to 1.2mm and the cops kindly gave me 3 more points on my licence.

I replaced them with Goodyear GS-d3's all round . went with etyres.co.uk and got the lot for £386 fully fitted. Great tyre - etyres also claim that they will fix a puncture on them for free - cant recall if that is for the life of the tyre or not.

Changed over from PS2's to Kumho KU31's 5 months ago and hav fount them to be very similar in both wet and dry and wear doesnt seem too bad either. PS2's are probably the best tyre out there but dont touch the Kumho's on value for money. 5p's worth.

I always get a delivered price from Micheldever 01962 774 437 and try to get the locals down to that. If they don't get within £ 10 / tyre, I have them delivered and fitted locally.
