Re-designed spider hose

Post by UKS4APR1 » Mon Oct 15, 2007 11:22 pm

Seems Audi have a new & much improved part for the spider hose, there are 2 versions apparently, presumably later models with no 'F-hose' are different.

Anyone know anything more about these, look good to me ?

Is it not just the same as the old one but with insulation to protect the plastic from becoming brittle? Or is this actually a re-design because of some kind of 'no f-hose' malarkey...?

What price is the one to fit a current "f hose" model? Definitely looks like a bit of thought has gone into the part...bit late though!

So what's the difference between that and the old one and is it a "bolt on" replacement?
