New RS4 steering wheel

Post by JDB » Tue Jun 12, 2007 10:11 pm

I saw a new RS4 steering wheel on Ebay (not there anymore) but want to know if this can be fitted to a B5 S4, ideally I would like to wire up the controls for head unit etc??

It can be fitted to a B5 RS4, so presumably it will fit the B5 S4 too. As for the wiring, I dont know...

Nice looking wheel but redundant switches/buttons unless you fit the bolster-inflating recaros for starters...seen pics before of a B5 S4 avant with the recaros fitted and they looked super. Is it possible to get a non-multi function wheel?

It's one of the ones on the right hand side-think it's marked 'S'. Opens valves on the exhaust etc and pumps the bolsters in the sides of the seat.

What about the other buttons? If you can wire up the multi function wheel to the stereo etc of an S4 B5 then I'll get one too and you can do mine... :biggrin2:
