You will need to ge the correct seat on the bolt
OE wheels are radius and aftermarket inc reps are generally 60 deg taper
P W Motorsport offers both spacers and bolts

Yep - secured some 40mm bolts (my original ones are 25mm) off ebay - 60deg tapered M14x1.5 - 20 bolts for £24! Which was nice ...

Make sure the wheel still turns freely with the longer bolts fitted!

I did some measuring Paul - theres enough depth to take a 50mm bolt but i settled for 40mm as a good compromise ...

Julian just a thought make sure the bolts don’t protrude from the inside face of the hub as they will rust fairly quickly and this will make them a bugger to remove.

Damn. I cant seem to get the whees I want in reps.

Instead I need to go for the B6 OEM wheels and use some 10 mm hubcentric spacers. I take it I will need the same sized bolts.

Im not sure to use 235 or 225 tyres. Ill be weidening the track already with the 10mm spacers on both sides, Just wanted the 235 for wheel protection. Just worried that it will stick out too much as 10 mm is quite a bit.

The front bolt length is very critical too long and the wheel will not turn when done up.

As suggested above you will need radius seat bolt with OE Audi wheels
