So have you fitted EBC Red pads with your discs? Can you let me know how you get on with them as i am also looking at getting discs and pads very soon.

s4-99, yes I have got EBC reds fitted I've only done about 20 - 30 miles so far and they seem fine although they do squeal like a stuck pig from time to time but I'm putting that down to bedding in both disc's & pads together

Agreed, lovely set of brakes those monster4/6, but cannot justify the £1200-£1400 spend as I can only drive the car at weekends and have no plans to track the car (apart from the Nurb ) - I need a cambelt change soon, so the compromise is on the brakes.

Nice thing about Hispec is the olde world set up of the business....they've just discovered what a computer is

I run theses pads (Ferodo DS2500 Brake pads) on my car Monster 4 pot with 360mm discs, they are excellent. The car out brakes most things. and when the rear 330mm hi spec kit is fitted. will out brake every thing.. LOL
