2 small dings on the rear flared arch on RS4

Has any one ever used one of these dent devil companies?

I have 2 small dings in the drives side rear arch. Courtesy of a small kid on a bike! The kid also left me a 5mm wide line from the fuel flap level going diagonally down rear quarter to the rear door then to the sill. I was not happy to say the least. I have managed to polish most of the line out but will have another go when I get home and open up my new Kestrel DA+ polisher with some chemical guys V32 & V34.

As I said the dings are not that bad but It really annoys me when I clean the car. The problem is that where the dings are on the arch its double skinned. Can these still be fixed?
