good hand wash in London?

Just kidding! I remember watching an episode of fifth gear and they compared a local hand wash to a petrol station machine wash and the machine wash did less damage. Food for thought.
Most of these detailers will do a 'valet' (simple wash, wipedown and interior) for you as well. Plus most of them have mobile wings of their business too so they can come to you.
