'Miles Better' B5 RS4 Avant Engine/ Interior Detail @ MRC

Hi all :bigwave:

Was back at MRC for Part 2 of this B5 RS4 Avant detail for a forum member, Part 1 was exterior detail I had posted up previously.

This 2nd part of the detail was to focus on the engine bay and the interior and to give the exterior a mantenance detail as it was very dusty and collected dirt from being sat outside and worked on in the workshop.


Products used:

Wash: Nilfisk Pressure washer; AB Foam Lance, AB Magifoam, Espuma G202 APC, Optimum No Rinse (ONR), Espuma Revolution, various towels and cloths, various Vikan Brushes, Envy Detailing Brushes, AB buckets.

LSP top-up : Jeffs Wekstatt Acryllic Trigger Spray Sealant

Tyres, rubber, exterior plastics/ trim, window rubbers/ trim: Espuma APC G202 (clean), Carpro PERL (Dress)

External Glass Sealant : Jeffs Werkstatt Acryllic Jett Trigger Spray Sealant

Internal Glass: Espuma Crystal Clean

Interior - Dash, Doors, Leather & Carpets: Espuma APC G202, Carpro PERL, Espuma Fabricare, Espuma Fresh Odour Neutraliser/ Scent

All shuts: Jeffs Werkstatt Acryllic Prime Strong Sealant

Engine Bay: Espuma APC G202, Megs Wheel Brightner, Optimum No Rinse (ONR), Carpro PERL, Jeffs Wekstatt AcryllicPrime Strong Sealant & Trigger Spray Sealant

Cant really capture it in these pics, but carbon was very yellow and hazy and swirled, same with the piano black, lots of swirls, smudges and mottled.

Thanks.

I am happy with it, until the net product comes along. Always trying new products to find the right finish. Some have commented that the sheen is not for them, and prefer a more oem matt. satin finish so may look at some products for those that like less bling.
