LSP recommendations for Avus Silver Pearl please

Interested to hear what LSP and Glazes if any would people recommend for Avus Silver Pearl please something to make the flake pop

looking for show n shine finish and durability is not a big concern as an obessive detailer and will be toppped up.

Thanks, how about combining it with Colinite for a good winter jacket, I have some 845 in the shed from last winter had on the Evo.

I just put about 3 layers of werkstat on to begin with then a layer after every wash at the weekend

have to admit the poorboys black hole and white diamond glazes are very good. also zymol glasur is a great wax which seems to work well on audi.

however, also found that gtechniq c2 looks fantastic also. only applied on my brilliant black b5 thus far, but i think its something i will be using more and more.

Thanks rtd, must admit the PB stuff has completely passed me by and never tried it.

For my winter jacket protection I have settled on Optimum Poli-seal, topped off Collinite Insulator Wax 845 and will apply this to both wheels and bodywork - this is as I have both in my detailing kit anyway. If had run out of either I would keen to test Jeffs FKP or Zaino'

For the Summer Detailing and show season I was looking at possibly trying Zaino/Jeffs as a trial, other than that will be using my tried and tested preferred formula of Optimum Products.

i think its what works best for you and your car steve_70 there are so many different brands and products - we are lucky to have the various options.

i never got on with zaino however, the jeffs stuff is good. but do try and get some gtechniq products i think you will be shocked by the ease of application, looks and performance.

Thanks. The Zaino stuff to me (from what I have read of other peoples experiences on other forums) sounds like a lot of effort and sensitive to curing time and the temperature/ conditions, having to wait between layers of application etc,prone to streaking. But then this is often down to technique with a product....I expect a pro can make even the cheapest/ lowest rated product look good if they know how to work it, but equally an amateur can make the worlds most expensive wax look very poor, perceive poor results and therfore say that it is rubbish.

I guess lots of products are developed in the US or a certain market in mind (geo regions or how it will be intended to be used i.e. pro market with rotary, enthusiasts with DAS or Weekenders who will just use by hand with a pad) and so what may suit one market may not suit another, such as the US I can imagine some states with water restrictions or being very hot and dey and dusty, but then look at UK with its cold damp wet climate and the road salt etc.

Will take a closer look at gtechniq and Jeffs, always good to expand knowledge and learning.

Really liking the sound of the gtechniq products fromwhat I am reading. Think may have to order some and give them a go for my Spring Clean Detail after its winter jacket comes off.
