load bay protector blanket

I'm currently using a couple of old rugs to protect my load bay, as I often carry cycles including some very muddy mountain bikes. I also have an Audi double-sided load protector (but its too clean to use on the cycles)
The problem is the rugs are (were) pale coloured and now look terrible.
I am looking for a couple of black rugs / blankets, preferably that don't lose their fibres everywhere.
Has anyone found some decent covers ??
