Decided to get the car looking a bit better now the weathers drying up a bit, the car was prepped with the usual, Snow foam, clay, soaked with filtered water and dried with wonder towel. The car was taped up and polished with a rotary using a combination of 3M cutting and finishing products. Managed to loose 80% of swirls bar a few scratches and then sealed with best of show wax.... etc

Still need to get a second layer of BOS then a layer of Collonite to keep it looking good for longer. All in all pretty knackered now

get a new coolant bottle - it will make the engine bay look better

Stunning work mate, the audi paint is a PITA isnt it. Rock hard even with rotary use. Loving the all black grill, looks quality on a black car and a B5 RS4 what else could u ask for

And as mentioned that blacked out grille looks awesome.

My biggest complaint with the Audi paint is the savage orange peel
Its very tough paint, end up having to do quite a few passes to correct.lol

Mikeyquatro you obviously spend as much time scanning the the classified as i do lol
I just dont want it to get hammered with millage, decided to leave it down to fait, if i dont get the figure i want it stays

You got to keep an eye on the current market
Get a cheap runabout. I use my diesel van most of the time, and when the sun shines, out comes the RS!

Good luck with with whatever happens, I think it will sell at that price due to colour/condition, but you may have to wait
