Thanks Paz

- sorry the photos aren't up to your standards, and a lot is lost in the compression to fit the forum image sizes actually.

So did you claybar in the direction of the airflow over the car?
More importantly how long did it take you.

I missed that instruction
Took me a good full day (about 5 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday), but very satisfying.
Apart from the odd stone chip, it looks almost showroom condition.

I know what you mean about it being satisfying to see the fruits of your labour, she certainly looks clean and shiny.
There are some good tips on stonechip repairs on the Detailing World forum, looks scary using 1200 grit wet & dry paper on your car but the results are amazing.

Thats looking good Clive.Neily your's too. Which Meguairs do you use? I used Gold at the weekend, but also have NXT. I last clay bar'd mine a few months ago but find the paintwork is still smooth.

Neily - yours is looking good too
Davs4 - I used the Meguairs 3 Step (Paint Renovator, Polish, Carnauba Wax) preceded by a wash and claybar (also a Meg's product)
