Wax and sealants

Post by rikrose » Thu Jun 21, 2007 11:23 am

Some people say sealant goes closest to the paintwork, and wax on top.
Some say the other way around.

What's the advice, and more importantly, why?

More information: I'm using Zymol wax and I will be using a synthetic sealant - I'm trying to get the best of both worlds.

So, do I clay, seal, wax, or clay, wax, seal, and why should I go your way? What do professionals do, and how long does it last? If I'm applying a second wax layer, does this change the order?
