Someone on here posted about some sort of self healing paint protection they had applied post a detail that was self healing. They had got a stone chip in it and over time it has closed the exposure but was providing considerable paint protection again everyday chips and swirls caused by cleaning.
Looking to get mine detailed before the salty winter months arrive and get this done afterwards. Any info would be appreciated.

Ah cool, I take it Lanre did it for you then buddy. How long have you had it on and how are you finding it in relation to swirls and chips buddy?

Yep Lanré the main man.
Only had it on a month...so far so good. Had Venture Shield before which seemed thicker. But tbf the SunTrek seems to blend in better with the car.
Got a road trip to Ring/Spa in Sept so that's the real test.
Zero swirls thou.

Very cool. Did you go for the custom cut wrap around or he generic pre crafted set? Also how long did he need the car for?

Was the pre cut jobbie. Not as much coverage as Venture Shield pre cut but does the main bits. He had the car for a few days

I have this on the front of my XD3 as well...superb stuff. Draykefields did mine as well
