I would just like to make these points.

I have known Bushy a long time and I had offered to “help out” as I knew he was having problems.

Initially I was only trying to help him fulfil orders which I thought would be reasonably easy…

During this time of offering to help Bushy he offered me the entire business to run.

I told him I wanted to just help out in his “hour of need” but he was adamant that with work commitments and his wife being unwell that he did not want to continue running this business and if I didn't want to take it over he would be closing it down. I felt this would have been a waste of all his hard work so agreed to take it over from him.

Unfortunately the volume of orders I received from Bushy was much greater than anticipated and left me with an almost impossible task due to stock shortages/issues

At no time have I received any Monies from Extreme for any of the outstanding orders and at the current time I hold none of the old Extreme stock. It was my understanding that the Extreme stock would cover the outstanding orders but this has not been the case. It only managed to fulfil about a third of them leaving some very unhappy people out there.

Unfortunately I was not aware of the scale of the outstanding order problem when I agreed to take over the running of Extreme. This combined with the amount of bad press that the company has received has resulted in me taking the difficult decision to hand back the responsibility to Bushy.

I have worked damn hard to get Clean and Shiny operating with good service levels (some of you have already received orders) and i dont want this experience with Extreme to sour that reputation, sometimes helping out a mate can end up a messy business!

Firstly thanks for clarifying your stance in this matter, but as always there are two sides to all stories, perhaps at some point we might get a explaination from Bushy, and also we may get people either the product sorted or if nessarcary the money back. I am not in favour of people being let down by people who make money out of a site that in essence is non profit making.. whoever they are.
